Birthday Flowers
A birthday is the one day that belongs entirely to them. Every birthday bouquet is designed by hand, with roses, orchids, and the season’s best blooms arranged into something worth celebrating. Choose bright and joyful, soft and romantic, or classic and elegant, whether it’s a milestone birthday or a simple happy birthday to someone you love. Same-day birthday flower delivery is available in many areas.
Frequently Asked Questions
What flowers should I send for a birthday?
Choose for the person rather than the occasion. Bright bouquets in pink, yellow, and orange feel joyful and celebratory. Roses suit a partner or spouse. An orchid is a lasting gift for someone who loves greenery. For a personal touch, include their birth month flower. When in doubt, a garden-style bouquet in their favorite color is always right.
What are the birthday flowers for each month of the year?
Whether for friends, loved ones, or colleagues, flowers are a beautiful way to say ‘happy birthday’. Over the centuries, different flowers have come to symbolize a range of emotions and sentiments, from love and romance (roses, anyone?) to new beginnings and hope. Birth month flowers can convey additional meanings, making flowers the ideal choice for a heart-felt birthday gift.

Not every birth flower is in season or suited to a bouquet, so if theirs isn’t available, a design in its colors carries the same meaning.
What are the best long-lasting birthday flowers?
Orchid plants can bloom for weeks, often months, with very little care. Among cut flowers, alstroemeria, chrysanthemums, carnations, and lisianthus often last a week or more. Roses last longest when you trim the stems and change the water every two days.
Can you deliver in the morning?
Of course. We have Express Delivery availability that you can select during checking out. This guarantees you an early priority delivery time. Please select this time for a priority delivery time...
Do you deliver to hospitals?
What if no one is home when you arrive?
We always retain the wonderful element of surprising the person you’re sending flowers to. If our delivery driver knocks on the door and there is no answer, our customer service team will call to the recipient’s phone number. If no one answers, we may call you to ask to advise. If our driver is at a business or residence where there is a safe location we will leave it in a safe place, and then leave a voicemail for your recipient to let them know they have flowers. We’ll leave our information as well so that they can reach out in case there are any concerns. In occurrences when we do not feel like there is a safe place to leave the flowers, we return them to the shop and notify you and your recipient, letting your recipient know to reach out to us to reschedule the delivery of a fresh arrangement at a time that works best for them. This is something we offer typically at no extra cost.
Will my flowers look like the picture?
How should I care for the flowers or plants?
Are you still delivering for today?
There is mistake on my order, how can I make a change?
I’m seeking a specific flower to include in my arrangement, can you help with that?
What details will you need from me for my order?
What if I’m disappointed in the flowers?
Will there be a flower substitution?
On occasion, yes. Flowers are a living material, and even the finest blooms are subject to nature's calendar. When a particular stem isn't at its peak, our design team selects an equivalent or finer variety, handpicked to preserve the color, shape, and feel of the arrangement you selected.
